Refund policy

Every Alva item is made to order after you buy it, with your gym's branding. Nothing comes off a shelf, so we don't accept returns or exchanges. If something went wrong on our end, we'll make it right at no cost to you.

All sales are final

Because each piece is produced just for you, we can't accept returns, exchanges or refunds for:

• Ordering the wrong size, or a fit you don't prefer
• Change of mind
• Small color differences between your screen and the finished garment

Please check the sizing chart on each product page before you order.

If something is wrong with your item

If your order arrives with a manufacturing error or damage, we'll send you a free replacement, and you keep the original. There's nothing to send back. This covers:

• Misprints: wrong design or colors, or a misplaced, faded or flawed print
• Garment defects: broken seams, stitching or fabric flaws
• Wrong item: a different product or size than what you ordered
• Damage in transit

How to report a problem

Email support@alvafitness.com within 14 days of delivery with:

1. Your order number
2. The item or items affected
3. Clear photos showing the problem

We'll reply by the next business day. Approved replacements go into production right away and follow the same production and shipping times as a new order.

If we can't produce a replacement (for example, the item has been discontinued), we'll refund that item to your original payment method.

What isn't covered

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from washing or care that doesn't follow the care label
• Problems reported more than 14 days after delivery
